Ever wonder what MSG is, when something says, "No MSG" on it?

MSG actually tricks your brain into thinking the food you are eating tastes good. Manufacturers can therefore use inferior ingredients to make a mediocre product seem tastier. Higher profits and low-quality products of little nutritional value prevail at the expense of consumer health.

I thought this was interesting, read this page.

You're less likely to have MSG if you buy organic food! :)

I've already had the following, but I don't know if it's from MSG:

headaches
stomach upset
nausea and vomiting
diarrhea
irritable bowel syndrome
anxiety or panic attacks
mood swings
allergy-type symptoms
skin rashes
runny nose
