10 points for dogs and 100 for old ladies, remember. 1000 points, and you get a lollipop.

You're right... But sadly here in Brazil you can only have your DL when you're 18...

I'm getting mine now because I used to be afraid of driving. :D

I wanted to start my driving lessons this summer, but they (Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec) are on strike.

I hate that in Brazil you can only get your license at 18.

haha, how pathetic. You're just driving for the first time? Oh my God, you're a loser. I've been driving since I was 12 and that's acually later than most people in my town.

Your town must have a lot of car accidents.

Your town is retarded.

That's cool, Cammy! I'm actually going to start the process to get my Learner's permit tomorrow! Wish me luck. Anyway, congratulations!

I'm 21, almost 22, and have never driven because I live in a city where driving is absolutely unnecessary for the most part. Everything I need is within walking distance, and public transportation here is the most efficient in the world. Cities are different, so think, don't assume.

Lucky you, my driving instructor was an asshole. He just sat there and yelled pointlessly for the whole time. He would not shut up. I was driving with one of my friends, neither of us were very bad, but he just kept yelling pointlessly. Everytime he left the car we just complained about him. We both hated him.

Not really. It's just really small compared to other towns I guess. My town only has about 200 people living in it.

So... You live in Farmland?

Jack the Tripper

I live on a farm, yes. Here if you can't drive a car by the time you're 12 it means you're a loser. I see it's really different in bigger areas.

Well, you live on a farm. No offense, but there's nothing to hit out there, so driving isn't taken as seriously.

No offense taken. I know that driving isn't taken seriously in my kind of area. That's why I made that comment about how it's hard to beleive that in some areas there are people over the age of 18 who can't drive.

@ Baisle: You're 12 and already driving.. That's good for you.. I hope you will be a great driver as you grow up..

@Rick: Thank you muchly !!! You cannot realize how happy I'm knowing that you are also getting your driver's licence... Your words really made my day happier <3

@ ASP: When I got to the auto school , I was waiting a fat-bald with beard man to teach me how to drive..But when I saw the girl (She's 3 years younger than me and rather nice) it was a relief. I was really lucky.
