it sucks...especially if its a bass string. I snapped mine a few weeks back, but when I bought spares in bulk, so that if it happened again I could just fix it. It happens alot with me :(

once my e sting(smallest one) snapped while i was tuning and left a nice gash across my hand. i noticed that my strings seem to snap the most when i gallup(both palmmuting and regular galluping). maybe i'm galloping to hard?

Like a month ago I had 3 packs of new guitar strings so I decided to restring my guitar with some new ones. I accedently broke my e string while restring it over and over again so I had to use the old e string on my guitar when it was all over because I broke the 3 e strings. Now i have 2 packs of strings left with the e string missing

its the most annoyin thing to ever happen to a guitarist.
the worst thing to happen to a guitarist is loosing his pick

Last time I snapped a guitar string I wasn't even playing or tuning it. It's still a mystery, lol.
I always loose my picks, there must be like 100 picks hidden in my room somewhere where I can't find them.

I lose my picks all the time, there must be millions of picks around my house all hidden from me.

It sucks losing a guitar string, my brother / guitarist in my band couldn't do solo's because of that once on a gig, sucked.

I got double locking on my guitar now, so when a string should snap, it still works, because of the 2nd locking.
