Walla Walla is a town that some historical event took place in. I remember seeing it in my history book, but I don't remember exactly what it was about.

Walla Walla is a town in Washington State. Folsom is a prison in California, i'm pretty sure. i remember seeing in an interview with Dexter that the town had nothing to do with the song. It was just something to say, i think.

Walla Walla is a prison. The person/fictional character? the song is about is going to the prison.
