Awesome article, but the "one of those unknown bands signing autographs in its merchandise booth might become the next Green Day... or Offspring" line pissed me off. The next Offspring or Green Day are Offspring and Green Day. They both came out with albums recently, and by the look of things, they're not going anywhere. I hate when people say stuff like that.

What the writer meant was that one of those unknown bands could someday break into the mainstream in a big way, like Green Day and the Offspring did in 1994.

and why bring up green day? this is an offspring interview! if anything it shouldve been worded "next offspring....or green day". i mean the way its worded, the author seems to have a bias for green day, despite the fact that he was interviewing offspring.
