You know that short little guitar solo played in It'll Be A Long Time after Dexter says "Oh yeah!!" ? Isn't that from another Offspring song?

it's a bit like the little riff in Genocide, which is also in Change The World I think, and in the "hidden song" after Smash. Kinda like The Offspring's "signature" riff. hell yeah :D

Yeah, it's not exactly the same.

It's just a little variation on one of their trademark little licks. Nine Inch Nails have a similar thing, there's a little interlude that's present on a song on pretty-much all of their albums, with a little different sound in producing (effects and such). It's almost identical, and is just a running theme throughout the songs.

The Offspring did it a lot right up until about Americana. You could probably argue "Vultures" is another one with "Dirty Magic", but that's more just a similar tone and sound, than the same musical notes.
