Here's my translation to English (although it won't be literally what Dexter said):
Walla Walla (said live, New York, 28-02-1999)
Dexter: This song is about being in prison, because being in prison is “cool”. How many of you have been in prison? (The public shouts in an excessive way) Fancy that you’re hard. How many of you have been punished at school? (The public shouts much louder than before). That is. Well, it’s the same.

Said live, Woodstock 99
Dexter: We wrote this song about being in prison because it’s one of my favorite places to make new friends.
[Let it be public knowledge, Dexter hasn’t been in prison]

For everyone else--Walla Walla is a city in Washington state in the northwest US. There is a prison there.

That prison is the only thing Walla Walla is realy known for across North America.... if you have heard of Walla Walla, then it's more than likely the prison you were hearing about..... I'm from Canada, and I even knew what that meant.

Good to know. I thought it was just some silly slang term.
