View Full Version : I got kicked out of a mall today...

I was at the Kitsap mall buying some gifts for my friends when a security guard comes up to me and asks me to leave the premesis. I of course because I'm so tired of people fuckin' with me asked him why, he said because spiked bracelets were not allowed on mall property. So, I asked if he truly had nothing better to do then come fuck with me because I happened to be dressed different than everyone else. He had no reply. I then reminded him that he was being an ass because there are 2 stores in that mall that sell industrial jewelry and belts. He repeated his request of me leaving. I said no and asked him if I was offending the code of conduct, he said yes. So I finally got pissed off and pretended to leave, I read the Code Of Conduct for the mall and it was a clear vinyl sticky thing on a window in small print, I read it there is NOTHING regarding clothing on the damn thing, except for you must be fully clothed in order to enter. I got even more pissed off by then so I called my buddy Ian and told him to meet me at the mall, we walked back in found the guard and Ian chewed him out. After all that shit, both me and Ian *even though he didn't do anything really* are banned from that mall.

People w/ minimum wage jobs that insist of fucking with people like me deserve to be slapped.

Should have read him your constitutional rights. That would have confused him.

Perhaps you should sue? Although I think people who dress differently are retarded people who think they look good.

DIRTY FUCK.

One time at New Street station I jumped over the toilet barrier because I didn't wanna pay 20p and realised I was in the womens loos.

SO I went to the mens ones and they were already open for free!

Hahahahaha stupid indeed.

He had no right to do that. People should always know what rights they have granted to them under the law.

I'm reading too much Bobby Seales.

I guess he abuses his form of power, because he's got a lot to compensate. a crummy pay check?

it's like teachers, that kick you out of classes for no reason whatsoever, because they don't like the look on your face.

I've also been kicked out of the Copenhagen Hilton.

JoY
11-21-2004, 07:03 AM
Willem can easily beat that :p
they friendly requested him to search another school, after the Rome-incident.

I don't think I've ever been kicked out of anything. yeah, I'm a good girl. sometimes. I think I'm more of a sneaky girl, though.

they unlawfully kicked me out instantly and didnt bother at all to arrange my grades to be transferred. bastards. parents had to complain to gouvernment to get it done.

the mean thing is, you came back to me after that for my sex for several months. thinking back, that's more like an extra kick in the teeth.. cuz if they'd known that, they'd have let me there. And not everyone would have hated me. Thanks for telling everone about that bit, too.

This is really annoying... but your comment is funny but 100% right... people with minimum wage salaries who act like assholes deserve to be slapped.. hihihi...
:D
It also happened to me once, i was not allowed to enter a store in a mall because in there you needed to dress finely if you know what I mean... not that I was wearing spikes or so, I had to be dressing like if i went to a Wedding.
i think it sucks the way people treat you just because you dress a certain mark... or the way you dress... sucks a lot really.

don't act so bitter. I would talk to you about this, if you'd like to (I'm guessing no), simply because you seem to have misunderstood a couple of things, but certainly not on here.

I didn't know it was something you were ashamed of. you've posted a trillion times, that you had to leave school. I assumed most on here would already know anyway.

Don't twist my words. I never said i was ashamed of it. just that they had no right to kick me out, certainly after you came back to me for sex. A lot of people went 'Oh, but she didnt tell me that!' after I'd talked to them. Oh if you want to bitch about this, pm me or something.

JoY
11-21-2004, 03:00 PM
if someone said they didn't like my trousers & had to get out, because I was wearing it, I'd certainly NOT take it off in order to be at such a ridiculous place. my trousers would become my statement at the spot of disagreement.

It's simple though, if they ask you to leave then you would have to. The center is private property at the end of the day.

It's the whole punk stereotype thing...

The thing is that overall people who dress like punks DO cause more trouble since there are some assholes out there that make everybody else look bad.

Still, the guy had no right to actually kick you out (well I guess since it's private property he TECHNICALLY could), although it would be (unfortunately) understandable if he were to just watch you guys to make sure you weren't up to no good.

I've noticed it in my experiences. I personally dress normally and look like a totally innocent person, but a few times when I've hung out with some... different... looking people... I've been harrassed by cops for no good reason at all. Like I said, if they're nice about it it's okay, but once they're assholes it really pisses me off.

Guilty by association, I get accused of that crap too. It sucks.

I got kicked out of classes for giggling & talking, failing the admission test & being too late...
does that count for anything?

I'm always too late for my class, it's worse, I'm just always late, for anything.

MirandaV
11-22-2004, 08:41 AM
Dont get kicked that much, perhaps because I'm just a weenie, or just because teachers can't get around my charmes. I don't really know anymore why I got kicked for, it 's been a while. It was mostly because I always wanted to fight with the girl next to me, her head just makes me lose control.

JoY
11-22-2004, 08:47 AM

Sometimes I totally forget about arrangements I've made, and I end up disappointing people. Then it makes me sad http://www.skratch-zero.com/crap/redface.gif

JoY
11-22-2004, 11:19 AM
same here.
I don't really get sad though, just disappointed in myself. but yeah, that's pretty depressing.
