I still live with my parents, but hey, I'm only 16. Most of the times it's my step-father who does the laundry when I'm at school and when my mother is at work. I do it sometimes, but most of the time it's already been done when I need something.

If (back when I was at home) I let other people do my laundry, I would have NO socks left since everybody steals them!

I live with my parents. Will probably continue to do so. It's not as uncommon in Europe. However I may be moving out this spring as well.

And my mother does the laundry, sometimes my father. But he's bad at it.

My mom washed the laundry when I lived at home, but I had to hang all the clothes outside to dry, even in the wintertime. She liked that "fresh" smell in the clothes, but my fingers would freeze. When the clothes were frozen solid, then I would have to take them inside and hang them in the basement.
There they would have to thaw out and dry, which would take them days!
I sure am glad I live in Cali and have a washer and dryer!

I have not lived at home with my parents for a while now, it's been about 5 years since I moved out.
Thank god too. They had another child, and he is a nightmarish monster.
