I can't scroll the pages on the website (ex: Dexter's new journal, I can see the first 3 paragraphs and half of the fourth) and I don't know why, am I the only one who has this problem? What can I do to fix that? It really pisses me off...

If you are having problems using the custom scrollbar that appears on many pf the pages on Offspring.com, please post the following so we can help:

1. What platform (MAC or PC) are you on?
2. What OS (OSX, Win XP, etc...)
3. What browser?
4. What version of the browser?

Thanks.

i'm having no scrolling problems whatsoever.

I guess the scroll only works for the main scroll on the page
(e.g. when you are viewing Noodles' journal, you can only scroll the outer page). So, just click the arrows in that case...it's simple like that.

the arrows obviously dont work, or people wont be complaining.

the scroller has been placed too far down the page and is invisible, so if you click the page near the grass at the bottom it will scroll down.

It doesn't work either

the same is happening with me...
I think the page may have sth wrong...
also, the part that used to be upper the page appears really half down...
like...lyrics, boards... used to be right up, now they are in the middle of the starting page...
might be a configuration problem in the page, as everybody is having problems.

Well I have just scrolled Noodles' journal up and down using the arrows.

the arrows work...
I mean that the page itself seems out of format...

you know Strider????

Po, tipo... as paradinhas que ficavam lá em cima no site, estão do meio pro final...sabe qual é???
Tá tudo lá em baixo amigo... :(
O mapa, por exemplo, não parece todo, mesmo usando as setinhas ao lado...
tá estranha a página!!!

I had the same problem. In order for the journal scroll bar to work, the main scroll bar in the browser has to be at the very top.

Isso acontece quando a página não está maximizada.

1. PC
2. Win XP
3. IE
4. 6.0

Same problem. Have to maximize IE to scroll. Scrolls down about an inch,
then stops and scrolls back up.

Here I figured it out, this site is built for comps with a higher resolution than 600-800, go to your properties (right click on the desktop) then hit the tab that says "settings" and change your screen resolution to 1024-768 then the scrolling thing works fine, and everything on the stupid site fits better,

PS I hate this website the old one was better.

Yeah, I use Netscape because of that. Everything is fine with it.

I read the last 2 journals by Dexter today. They scrolled most of the way down, then I had to click on the scroll arrow down and drag to see the rest of them.

Just change your screens resolution its not gonna fuck up your computers just make everything a little smaller the scroll bar works if you do it, once again go to your desktop, right click to properties, then push the tab at the top that says settings, change your screen resolution from 600/800 to 1,024 and 700 something, it works have you people even tried it!?

We have just posted an announcement about the scrolling bug. See the top of the page for details.

The scrolling bug, which was affecting people who were using Internet Explorer 6 on the PC, has been fixed. Enjoy.

That was how it was for me too. But otherwise I guess you can just mark the text with your mouse, drag down the mouse, and it should scroll down.

Are you still experiencing the problem? It should be fixed now. Try clearing your cache if you are still having a problem.
