Yea I wasn't that sure where to put it tho, just because you play something don't mean to say you have your own band does it.

I saw the thread title, and that wishomie was the last poster, and I bet my entire existence that he was going to say that. And oh fuck, I was right.

Anyway, I play the bass. As most people probably know by now.

Can you actually play the bass or just "dum-dum-dum-dum-dum-dum"?

Guitar. I used to play bass... but pretty much "dum-dum-dum-dum" bass.

I like fucking around on drums, but aside from a few beats and fills I can't do much.

I've never encountered *anyone* here, who played the violin. that's fucking fabulous! =)

I've been playing the violin for 17 years, but I haven't had lessons in 10 years. still I'm actively playing, so yeah, I play the violin.

I play the piano too, but I've never had lessons when it comes to that, so honestly saying, I suck at that. same goes for guitar, but I'm even worse at *that*, so don't even count that one.

I can play viola & violon cello a bit, but it's nothing impressive, knowing I can play the violin.

either way, that's what I do. I give lessons, I play in orchestras, I play in a gypsy band & whatever I do, I just have a lot of fun with it.

I play guitar, a very small amount of bass (meaning if I'm at my friends house I might play his occasionally), trombone (but I've forgotten most of it), and the instrument that is well known by anyone that went through the 3rd grade: The Recorder!

I play guitar mostly. Can also play the penny whistle, or at least used to.... i've forgotten slightly. Bought a new one to entice me back. My mum plays the Bodhran, so i play that too, but not brilliant or anything.

Would love to learn the Mandolin, but i don't have the time at the moment.

I have to practise for about 20mins for about 5 days before i can build up enough stamina to play a full song without stopping(if i played more often i would'nt have to) its not that i run out of puff, but my lips turn to jelly because they are tense whilst playing. So yes its hard.

I play guitar. Normally, I play lefty, but when I'm at a friend's house, I play their righty guitar upside down. I'm getting a bass soon. I played clarinet in the 4th grade, but I completely forgot how to now.
