Well anyways, this was about rape and stuff? There's this one that they always paly on this one station and oh yeah, there's this other one that talks about penis problems and stuff. It's completely retarded. I don't think that station is aware that kids actually like heavy metal also.:/

Um, yeah, because it's most often ignored, so whoever made those PSA's is opting for shock value to get the message across.
