Anybody remembers this??

They were my favourite when I was about 8 years old...

The picture is not loading because my internet is a bitch, but yes, I remember, and I LOVED them. I watched all the time. I remember how exactly too. Sitting on the floor against the couch at my cousin's place.

I loved them too. I would like to see them again, just to see if they still amuse me... The only serial i liked and i still do is Pipi Langstrum... It's strange. And a friend of mine (that is 5 years old, well, not my friend, she's my neighbour, hehe) only enjoys Pipi of all of those I liked when younger...

It was one of my favourite shows, too! I've recently downloaded every single episode from Emule, if you search there, you'll find a lot of episodes for sure ;) It was a great show; the part I used to enjoy the most was when they read Uncle Matt's postcards, hehe.

Between, I think it's spelled "Fraggle".

*Allways correcting me...*
Yeah, it's Fraggle, that's why i found only a few pages on internet... lol

And yeah, that part was the best. It seemed like I had never been out of my house, lol, I loved all those new places he let me know!!!

You can still watch the Fraggles on TV, on channel "Localia", at 6 o'clock in the afternoon. :)

Onda 6? I don't know that channel... If it's not on Canal SatÚlite Digital, I cannot watch it... Shit!!! I want my Fraggles back on tv!!!

I'm sorry, I meant "Localia", not "Onda 6". I can watch it without any digital receiver. Maybe we can only receive it in Madrid.

I'd have grown up with Fragglephobia had I watched it. They look scary.

I don't remember it but they look like a lame version of the muppets.

For me it's that part of my life when NOBODY had a PlayStation, or whatever kind of video games, and computers were used only for working, and all you had to see the time pass by while it was raining was watching those cartoons. Nothing related to what they call cartoons now a days...

Well, I got some more pictures about those of my favourites. Here we go...

That's Mofly:

The Snorkles (I didn't remembered them till I saw them on my google resoults):

And the Fruitties (I didn't like this one specially):

C'mon, how many do you remember??

12-05-2005, 02:31 PM
SNORKLES!! Oh how I loved those *remembers*

I'll agree with Dave about the Fraggles though :/ Muppets all the way man!

12-05-2005, 02:34 PM
Yeah, I've seen all of those later (when I grew up), but Snorkles have not been on tv anymore... I even didn't remember them, and they were one of my favourites...

I can't believe I forgot about them so easly...

12-05-2005, 02:36 PM
I had some comic books about Snorkles, if I remember correctly... *sigh*

My favourite kiddy show was definitely He-Man though. Definitely.

I've just remembered another one, but I don't know how it was it's name in english. Here it was "La aldea del arce". Could it be "The maple village" or something like that? There was a rabbit-girl that was the main character, and then a lot of animals... I liked that one too...

Oh, and those crazy races, with Penelope Glamour... Do you know that one?

Same here! haha. I thought my Snorkles's comics were kinda rare, but they seem not =(

Yeah, it seems that it was called Maple Town Monogatari (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0296374/). I remember watching this series, too. I guess no one will know about the "Fruitis", tho, as it was just a spanish series. I enjoyed it a lot, tho

12-05-2005, 02:56 PM
Yep, I thought it was a spanish cartoon, but look at the photo I posted, it says The Fruitties.. ┐?

12-05-2005, 03:07 PM
Fraggle Rock was awesome. I used to love that show.

12-05-2005, 03:11 PM
Wow, I thought most people here would be too young to remember Fraggles... That's cool, now I don't feel as old as yesterday... LOL

I don't remember it but they look like a lame version of the muppets.

maybe because it was also by Jim Henson?
