Thibault says:
Discuss
Michelle says:
I refuse to discuss!
Thibault says:
well, you don't have to - others probably will
Michelle says:
I anticipate a stimulating discussion regarding my thinking about tit.

So yeah - Discuss. Because Betty thinks about tit.

I could live with her rubbing tit with soap.

I must interfere here.

Soap is for BUM rubbing.

I knew someone who had 4 tits. No joke.

Unless it's only women... I mean, the same word can be used for men too? Sorry for my retarded English.

Pfffffft like I care.

You never care about anything once someone makes you look stupid...which happens 95% of the time you post.

If you truly don't care about anything, why post? And don't give the whole "just to piss you off! lolz" speech, because we've heard it a million times and STILL don't believe it.

I post because I'm bored and rather lame with nothing better to do.

Ah well - I've got an exam in an hour. Fun times.

You will pass, but fail.

You will pass, but fail.
I'm not too worried.

Case in point - I got drunk and stayed up until 5AM last night.

The exam should go fine. And if it somehow doesn't... whatever.

It's impossible to both pass and fail.

No you could pass and get a B- but what if you need a B+ to pass the class.

Sin Studly

Or you could pass a test, but still be Ashley.

I ended up getting the exam time wrong and missing it.

Ah well. I'll deal.

No you could pass and get a B- but what if you need a B+ to pass the class.
Then you'd fail the class, wouldn't you.

It's one of those either or things. Because, unless your school has some odd system, pass is the anti-fail. And fail is the anti-pass. So if you pass, you can't also fail.

JohnnyNemesis
12-08-2005, 11:27 AM
What he means is that you can pass the test, but still fail the class, Sanni. If a failing test grade is D or lower, a B- means ya passed. But if you need a B+ or higher to boost up your overall grade for the class just to pass, then...you get what Ash is saying.

The epitome of nonchalance...

When was it supposed to be?

Also, I agree with Rick that what TOM said could be true, but really, that first comment he made was not intended to mean that and was truley retarded so good effort Sanni for at least trying to call him on it.

Vera

Also, I thought we were talking high school-type educational institutes here where a pass is a pass, no matter how you look at it. It's a bit different in uni, I guess.

No no no, we're talking about passing ONE test vs. passing the entire class. A pass is a pass here too.

Let's say there are five tests given over the course of the class...and your overall grade is based on an average of those tests. Certianly you see now how it's possible to fail ONE piece of work and still pass the class, and vice versa?
I mean, if you didn't do one bit of work the entire semester and pass the final test, certainly you'd still fail the entire class.

From 9 to 11. I had 12:30 written down.

And I told you - it's not really something worth worrying over.

You should also consider that Sanni comes from the Scandinavian tradition grading, and it's completely different. So much less logical, I hate it :(

I love you so much for proving I'm right, that I'm going to kick down your brown door down and paint it white on the way out.
