"brother sings like a silly bore
bet he won't do that anymore
cause the way his body's severed in two
his vocal chords are gonna be hard to use"

for a long-lasting solution, find some duct tape.

Megs

hrmmm good idea.....or alternatively, less violently, put a dvd in the player and place him in front of the tv.......... :D

That_Guy91

Do as you like about it, but don't make a thread about it when you're done.

I sing when I'm drunk. I don't sing in the shower much and not in front of people. They made me sing as a little kid MUCH. Mum says I got a good voice for it but I don't feel comfortable singing around people.

Totally agreed.

I'm a terrible singer. However I sing all the time. It's so nice to have an mp3 player. I sing in public, wherever I go, and loudly too. Otherwise it's just not enjoyable.

Hahaha, the anthem was good though.

Yeah it helps when you know the words and the rhythm. Usually I don't...

My voice is baaaad. I really can't sing, so I never do it in public. I do it when I'm alone all the time though. Loud too, and I pretend I can sing then, which probably makes it sound even worse. I feel sorry for everyone who has to hear me sing. (Except Per, because I put up with his terrible singing too.)

I love singing. I have a horrible voice, though, and I hate singing for performance, or having to listen to my own voice. I do love Japanese karaoke though - getting hammered and decimating beautiful songs is a once in a lifetime experience... times however many times you go.

Sober, I have trouble ripping loose and singing loudly.

It helps if you don't care. Besides it's not like you'll see these people ever again, and at worst they will just think you are crazy/annoying.

Haha - I tend to live on a certain floor of a certain building most of the time. People would definitely know me. I tend to not take too many trips off campus to conserve money, so I can't light up the transit system like it's Broadway.

Maria, can sing while you are playing the piano? I've tried it for several times but I failed at all of them. How can you do that?

I think it's pretty common that some people think they are great singers but don't realise that they suck, or that they are too fat to be an artist. Like this guy: http://metal.istheshit.net/images/cwqizrwr.jpg
