I am asking what you think it is the dumbest song ever. I am not talking about worst song, or great song, just dumb. If you have heard "Laffy Taffy" D4L, that is just dumb and horrible. "I Like Dirt"- The Thunderlords is an awesome song, but it is pure dumb. It is a dumb world out there and bands like to show it in their music.

I like the Vandals and the Aquabats, but their songs are dumb a large portion of the time. There's probably a lot more, but those just came off the top of my head.

Edit: As soon as I said that, I remembered Tenacious. (If you've ever seen the Tenacious D HBO show, you might know what reminded me.)

probably something by Bad Religion. their lyrics are always so stupid and meaningless. Greg Graffin is an idiot. he should try cracking a book sometime.

Dumb songs? Hmmmmmmmmmm well let me ponder for a second. I'd definately put The Vandals' I Have A Date in the list - it is so wonderfully dumb, especially the "I HAVE A DAAAAAAATE!" chorus.

I would also whack the Teen Idols song "Every Day Is Saturday" - a somewhat ignorant song about prison life.

Also, consider Jesse James - Shoes.

Kevin Federline's "Popozao".

Don't even bother naming any songs after this. There is no contest.

i agree with that guy, my favorite bad religion song is "let them eat war". it is a song with meaning about anti-war and politics

It's a joke. We all know that Greg Graffin is the smartest man in punk, what with his two PhDs and all.

In fact, I think he writes some of the best lyrics I have ever heard. He's got a way of stringing complex ideas together within the context of powerful metaphors. He's quite good in my opinion.
