It is Friday the 13th today. Anyone beleive in it? Any superstitions you did like breaking a mirror or something? Get bad luck?

Personally I do not beleive in that kind of stuff.

you know, before that post in the 80's thread, i had never noticed how touchy you were. how ironic... the "evil slav" can't handle the tiniest insult.

Hahaha, can't handle? I get 'insulted' on a regular basis. I call it 'attempts'. Therefore I wouldn't talk much if I were you. I knew you'd refer to that thread which is quite amusing.

Of course it's a bad luck day. Way more people is playing at the lottery today and nobody will win so why bother ?

I have a black cat that was born on October Friday the 13th something like 10 years ago. Yay for bad luck!

Igniton
01-13-2006, 11:35 AM

TheUnholyNightbringer

& yeah friday the 13th is a luckylucky day! since friday is supposed to bring bad luck, & so is the number 13th then the combination of them turns out to be good luck.

.... Alright, just once.

Surely two things that are unlucky = something very, very unlucky.

Igniton

so if i am having a lucky lucky day, its an unlucky day? (i got a 92 on my math test today)

Well, there was a huge car crash on a bridge round here earlier, and I fell over and bruised my finger. Boohoo.

And speaking of mirrors, we got a new one in our bathroom today.

...moving on. Anyhoo, i'm generally not superstitious. Generally.

Igniton

92 out of how much?

no, that's a baby rule, ignition! double positive = positive!!!

look:

- * - = +
+ * - = -
- * + = -
+ * + = +

easy as laugh! also works with divisions

92 out of 100! and i got a 98 on my science test i took that day, and a 90 on my german test too... and looking at that reminds me of how the heck did i get a 92 on my math test

Igniton

My parents were married Friday 13th, they lasted 12 years (not bad). As soon as my mate told me it was friday 13th, i fell down the stairs of the University Library, but i put that down to my own sheer stupidity rather than anything else (i thought i was at the bottom step... mobiles and stairs don't mix).
