oh yea this thread is for tripboy since he made that one thread
You know you're an addicted Offspring BBSer when...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

....You get irritated that all these people are online but nobody is posting.

....You purposely look at other forums to think up better topics to create.

....Your posts exceed 2,000 in a very short amount of time.

....You think of a great topic during class/work and can't wait to post it when you get home.

....You find out that the thread you made has been done a hundred times and you never have seen it once.

....You notice a change in somebody's avatar.

....When you get an impersonator.

Add as you think of them!

I've often wondered what the biggest forum on the net was. Now I just have to find who has the most posts in a single forum.

This is not true of course. If you're addicted to the boards, you'd know which threads have been made.

What an interesting life you lead.

Did you do the orange juice experiment, by the way?

I can't remember it for the life of me but there's some japanese forum (possibly anime related) that has at least a 1000 members online at any given time....trying to keep up with any forums that large just seems futile to me

Hanson.net: In the past 24 hours, we have 336 new thread(s), 4,751 new post(s), and 11 new user(s).

No way to keep up there either :(

Let's try and keep the orange juice discussion limited to yay's topics. He has enough of them, we should be able to discuss our citrus based habits to our hearts content.

It was simply a retort.

I know, I'm just trying to encourage you to discuss orange juice in all of yay's topics. Sorry, I realized it sounded like I was complaining that you mentioned it here.

Heh. Why not just orange juice? Fruit juice of all kinds.

I don't think I'll like that forum, I also doubt my username will be free. One thing I don't like about this forum is that there are so many useless threads about one 'funny link' or some 'funny lines.' That forum must be filled with that sort of stuff.

I doubt posting on the internet's largest forum would be much fun.

I know a Finnish site that constantly has over 10,000 people logged in, even at like 3am.

I'm a member of the Nothing Board - Chris Sneed's new board (remember him? Course you do!)

I joined a few boards in my e-boredom; quite frankly all of them pale in comparison to here

same here. I've tried to become a regular at a couple of other forums, but time's taught me that I'm not a forumperson. I kept going back to this place &.. life & stuff.

I like the comfort of a forum that is going to stay familiar and a page or two pages is the activity of one day. I looked at the other one and one page was half an hours worth of posting in some areas. I could never learn about people and get a proper feel for the forum and feel heard unless I had no life at all.
