Give me one good reason why this thread should stay open.

Alright then, I'll rename it so there's no confusion.

Very clever, very fast finger work

Maria! Wow, I like you're idea about making a "Piano Thread". I'll be ckecking often for more songs :)

I can't download those...anyone help ???

02-14-2006, 11:49 AM
Yeah, it works fine for me, too

Sometimes you have to wait longer if the download window doesn't pop-up immediately.

Grazie...ho fatto...bravo Giuseppe...Allora, those were all good songs. Very nice:) It is good homework music. I wish I knew how to play piano

Ahahah..I was talking to myself :P I SHOULD know French, since I had to take it in school, but you know, learning it in school is totaly different then learning it at home. Since no one in my house speaks French (just Itals).

I want to learn piano in the summer. I am at University so its hard to find time. I have my guitars here but haven't played in a few weeks. I studied at the Conservatory of music for 4 years but I cannot remember how to read music (I was young).

I have just recently, in the last 6 months or so have fell in love with the Piano and wish to play it:)

(who is coco?)

Hrm..I see, well I have never heard that term used before. Thank you for the lesson :).

Thanks for the Piano tips. Also, do you play like...I wouldnt say popular music, but like, more modern music...if that makes any sense to you..hahah???

Ooo a Band eh? I recorded a CD with my band in Highschool. What type of music do you play? And also..can you play "After All These Years" and "Assylum" By Silverchair??? They're on piano:)

Thanks cocotte :) (can I use that? hahaah)

02-14-2006, 01:31 PM

02-14-2006, 01:59 PM

Cocotte :)

I ment the song to be homework music because it is relaxing. Its peacfull and can listen to it in the background while reading. Its great.

Are those vids of your teacher playing piano?

Valse opus 64 n°2 - de Chopin (http://www.savefile.com/files/7899686)
Hey, this one's really great! The first part is a bit abrupt, I must confess, but then it turns out to be a great performance! :)

But, in my opinion, the best one, so far, was the Nocturne you linked in the first post (this one (http://www.savefile.com/files/5293477)) I love it ^_^

Anyway, great work, it's nice to listen to some of your piano performances; and I'm looking forward to listen to some modern stuff, too! It would be nice if other people posted their songs, too, hehe. Take care and keep playing!

I ment to say, "Are there any vids of your teacher playing". I dont know why it was typed out the other way. Think I was in a rush when I wrote the last one...

Sonata (beginning) (http://www.savefile.com/files/7047212)

Sonata (ending) (http://www.savefile.com/files/8854122)

there we go for the début, the ending will come soonish. erm... jesus all the linkies are deleted, I'll repost them when I have the time.

I do hope you'll like it, Bella... I know you're a fan of Beethoven so if you're not pleased you'll be sure to let me know, argh!

edit: the ending has come

this piano thread has few amateurs, nevertheless here's a nocturne composed by Chopin when he was 17 (well, 5/6ths of it anyway!)

the guy was a genius of course.

What a delightful example of your insanity this once decent thread has become.

03-18-2006, 05:12 AM

oh fuck off... you never showed in here, why should you now???

*goes in search of missing links*

03-18-2006, 05:14 AM
I didn't post, but I read this thread back when it was intact and checked most of the links. As I said, it used to be a decent thread. Now it's just sad.

03-18-2006, 05:16 AM

if I make another thread will you leave me in peace? or just leave me ALONE? shoo, off with you!

03-18-2006, 05:18 AM
Yeah, alright. Well...probably.
