I really want to know which of their songs the band did not write for themselves. How can i find out? I know most of the covers but which of their own?
Plese help dudes and dudesses

they sure as hell didn't write any of the songs they covered (duh.)

Dex didn't write DUI - it was Noodles.

other than that, I don't know.

I just read from the other thread that Josh Freese wrote can't repeat and i remember Noodles wrote Pay The Man and Denial, revisited,. Also that Feelings is a kind of cover(which really upset me). After i'm stuck :(

Your initial question is hard to understand.

Are you trying to say who did the band write songs for (dedicating a song to somone) or who helped them write a song (obviosly someone not part of The Offspring).

If you listen to the original, and then Offspring's, you will see that it is a completely different version, only thing that is same is lyircs, but the style they added into that is all their own

Yes, Feelings is a kind of cover but not totally. Dexter change some parts.

No, the lyrics aren't even similar. The original was about loving someone.

i have the americana tab book and it says all the songs were written by dexter apart from feelings which is a parody by dexter.
