Mine has to be Million Miles Away. The end where everything is about to break out, Dexter lets loose a "Hooooooo-oh-whoa-ho" and then BAM the intense ending is unleashed.

I wouldn't call "Gone Away" a "whoa-oh" song. It has a few whoas in it, but that doesn't make it one automatically.
