I'm a big fan of Blizzard for Warcraft 2, Starcraft and the Diablo series (btw, there are already lots of rumors about Diablo 3 around WOOOO!), but i haven't played WoW, mainly because having to pay a monthly fee is the most shitty and disgusting idea those fuckers ever had.

So, if i download the game via torrent, will i be able to play it online with a crack/game fix?

The correct answer is no.

And it's only $14.99 a month, that's the cost of three happy meals.

Of course, sometimes Blizzard is faggoted in the extreme and somehow cannot run their own servers properly on a consistant basis.

If you do decide to play: roll Alliance on Twisting Nether or Horde on Zuluhed so I can corpse camp the hell out of you.

You'll be able to modify the game in a way that it'll allow your to play in free private servers. There are a lot private servers you could pick from but private servers don't nearly have as many players as the official server and they tend to have a lot of down time.

as for Diablo III...YAY!

speaking of WoW, I really enjoyed a couple videos I found on video google.

Some guy dies in real life and some players hold a WoW funeral for him but a rival group invades it and kills everyone

this made me laugh

"free servers" are the magical words i was hoping for. This means download = yes. Whatever crack/serial i have to get to play there i can figure out then. I'm DSL scum, so i won't bother playing in shitty empty servers.

Two things:

paying isn't an option, even if it's for the price of a banana in Jamaica, because my credit card doesn't work outside Brazil.

And even if i did join those realms, i'd be a male tauren fat stripper and i don't think you would have the courage to attack such character.

The game is great at first, but gets boring at the higher levels. In general it's probably the best MMORPG I've played, but now I'm just tired of all MMORPGs.

This thread makes me sad, because it reminds me that there's no such thing as World of Starcraft.

If there was, would you even be able to install it?

Sure, if I could convince my brother to uninstall World of Warcraft.

Which gets more likely every day, since i've been playing a lot less lately.

Still, World of Starcraft wouldn't work for a billion different reasons I don't have time to explain right now. I'll explain when I get back monday.

(Goin' to D.C. for the weekend!)

World of Starcraft? There is the Starcraft: Ghost project, that seems like a big load of shit.

It's actually pretty good, but I'd rather play Splinter Cell.

And yet they always manage to post under their own accounts. Certain bbs couples could learn a thing or two from them.

You don't need a credit card to play, you just need to purchase one of the 2 months of credit packages with your game, this gives you a code to put in which is a substitute for entering a credit card number. There's no way I would be able to play it if a credit card was involved because it's going to be a cold day in hell when I decide to get a credit card.

I buy the game card every two months because I don't have a credit card.

About the WoW prepaid game cards... I don't think we have that technology here in Brazil yet.

Don't have the technology? All you do is buy a card at Best Buy (or wherever), scratch theback to reveal a number, and then input that number into your account information.

If they don't sell the cards there buy them off of E-Bay.

I know, i've heard rumors of that system being used with cell phone technology or something. I just don't think that this system with Blizzard has reached our stores.

edit: i just noticed the name Best Buy there.

Sorry, but Brazilians haven't developed their scratching technology yet, either.
