I just felt the need to share this with all of you. This is only the second time I've had sherbet since about third grade and I love it so much. I should start getting it more often.

Would you like to eat the freezer burned stuff in our freezer?

Sherbet is okay. A little too slimy.

... always have to do everything the fancy way do you?

Ha, kidding.

And I love sherbet by the way. It's just hard to finish a whole carton during the winter I guess.

That seems way too complicated to be worth the effort. I'm eating it directly out of the little tupperware thingy it came in.

And thank you, Sam. Without you I would truly be lost.

What part of "too complciated" did you not understand? I'll be fine with my spoon and bucket o' sherb.

Seriously though, do they sell them in packages or do you have to get them one at a time or what? And are you supposed to use a spoon or just eat it out of there on your own? I imagine I would make a big mess with that.

they're sold in packages of 4 or 6. and the fruit is frozen solid so it's like a container in itself. or you can put it in a glass. and of course you eat it with a spoon. heh.

Dammit, I keep thinking this thread's about me.

I think it's because the title has the words "orange" and "awesome" in it.

Sorbet is slightly different. Sherbet has milk or cream in it to make it closer to ice cream, Sorbet doesn't.

It's the other way around here. Sorbet is the ice creamy stuff.

I'm bumping this because I just bought the lemon sorbet that Sunny posted and am eating it right now.

AND MY FUCKING GOD, THIS IS AMAZING.

This has turned from "eating Lemon Sorbet" to "an amazing lemony sensual experience".
