Yeah, Barry Scott is a character used to spoof the classic old-style adverts and such.

And looking down cisterns? It floats my boat that's for sure.

P.S.: & the actual cillit bangs ads are not only laughable, they're also gross. I don't know about you, but looking down cisterns isn't my thing.
