As I have noticed many of you have been here a lot of time, year or even more. So I want to ask you what was your favourite thread here and why? And what thread did you hate? Or may be it's not thread, may be it's an event?

I couldn't even start to try and pick a favourite thread. There are many threads I've loved, usually because they were either hilariously funny (often someone being horribly pwned), or had a great discussion about something interesting. But I don't remember them as threads exactly. I don't remember exactly when someone said something great. I remember them as good times I've had with good people. And I keep coming back to post with my favourite people, knowing that they'll keep producing the good moments. Individual threads don't matter to me. The members matter to me.

Justin's "Greatest Pwns" thread is the most hilarious - but I'm not sure it's my favorite.

the thread I hate the most is the infamous, now-deceased thanks to Dave, SWOYM. (Say Whatever's On Your Mind, in case someone didn't get it).

So, Sinister, when are you finally going to work up the courage to ask Justin out?

Actually, I saved a few of my faves, but deleted them. FUCK. If I remember some, I'll share, but Justin's series of Ballads was great. My favorite of all time, however, is the "ghettttttto" thread. That lady... she's a sweet girl, but oh man, I can't deny finding that hilarious.

Richard, I love you.

But I seem to remember a time you were agreeing with me on things. Now I'm the one agreeing.

Am I an agreebitch?

OH MY GOD I'm Sinister.

Richard, I love you.

Remind me to make this my new signature when I get bored of my current one.

You always agreed with me. It's just that sometimes you posted before I had a chance.

You being older doesn't mean your ideas are newer.

[/fauxdeep]

I am so the one you agree with and not the other way around.

T, just admit that you're the catcher and I'm the pitcher in this relationship.

An Abortion Story (http://www.offspring.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1769) was fun.

There are many threads I love but I can't remember all of them.

Justin's "greatest pwns" (and all the threads which are mentioned in that thread), ninth's " 22 (or something like that) ways to make a cutter cut", Simma's "bbs history" (both of them) and anarchy thread, Sanni's april fools jokes and all of the threads where people share PMs they got from losers.

I have to agree with Nieh. There is something penultimate about the Abortion Thread. Sure I might've used that fancy word in a context that doesn't make sense. Then I might not've, do you really know?

Dammit Josh! Why must you always steal my glory?

But yes, abortion story, hands down.

Sim's BBS history II, because it links to history I and greatest pwns and therefore links to all the threads you've mentioned above.
