Apologies if this has been done before.

Global Exit - General Aussie rock from Mt Gambier, South Australia

http://www.myspace.com/globalexit

Beaten By William - Bodyjar/Lagwagon inspired punk/rock from Geelong, Victoria/Mt Gambier, SA.

Both introduced to me by a friend.

In Fiction - "Modern Rock", I suppose, from Adelaide, SA.

Hopefully some of you guys go out to local gigs, and have some good bands to post. Get to it.

Dr. Doctor are great. Horse the Band are too but I don't think they fall under the "local band" category anymore given that you can buy their cds in Best Buy in NJ.

Mine would be Dr. Doctor and North Star Infinite.

oh hey, we can do minor bands from areas other than our own? fuck, i'd throw in so many north bay and san diego bands... some PA and NY ones too.

the ones i named were all LA/OC area bands.

neocon, you ever heard Fall of Reason? They're not bad. I used to go to their pub shows to make fun of the singer.
