for those who give a fuck about most recent sunny adventures..

dude, wtf was i worrying about? it didn't hurt. at all. in fact, an average visit to the dentist (with anaesthesia) is HELL compared to this.

of course now i'm purple/red, swollen, bruised and in pain, but weeeoo i'm so proud of myself for actually going through with this.

i'm also not supposed to be online.
whoops.
>_>

PS. very disturbing pics coming soon.

It starts like this, one day you will look like Britney Spears.

good for you, chika. I really dun need a peekature, I know what it looks like - massively pretty! *grins* definitely a fantastic sight. I once removed the stitches of someone who got the same thing as you, but on both eyes & more.. intensely (wrinkle-related arguments, can't imagine you have those).

Sunny

andy - upper eyelid correction, cuz my left lid was 1.5 mm lower than the other one and was driving me NUUUUTS.

isa, does stitches removal hurt? esp. from the lid? i'm going on wednesday and i'm already scared.

and dude, it looks far from pretties now. i look like -_O very colorful, too. actually, i have no eyelid crease - ZOMG AZN EYE!

but it'll be hawtz once swelling goes down.

ninth <3

and i need to buy a memory stick reader before i can post purple/red/puffy eye creepiness. so PATIENCE, my friends.

I'm glad that you didn't have pain, Sunny because it kinda means that I won't have pain after my surgery. Of course, I'm happy for you too, I'm not that selfish. And I'm sure you'll look more delicious after getting rid of swellings.

aw, dun be. I'd remove them for you, it's really that simple. as long as he pulls them out in the direction he put them in (you know, like when you remove hairs, you don't pull them in the opposite direction of the direction they grow in) & carefully holds the rest of the eyelid still, you'll be just fine. the person whose stitches I removed said it kinda itched. doesn't sound so frightning, huh? ;p I don't know how they stitched it, there are different techniques, but in all my life I've never seen the removal hurt on anyone anywhere.

I understand it's something you're nervous about, though. man, I was scared to death for a back catheter & not for mess ups & nerve damage, but PAIN. I'm a total wuss. I can't stand the thought of yuckiness (like, Anton, my old roommate, has an eyelid infection & he hates the anti-biotics, so he's getting it surgically removed... WHY?!?!?!?! *dies*), needles, infections, corpora aliena (which I consider stitches to be) & I could just go on & on. & those should be a piece of fucking cake for me. it's not like I've never experienced/seen yuckiness either - I've been operated so many times. & STILL I'm a fucking wuss. must be my genes.

Gulsah, what kind of surgery are you getting?

I'm getting my nose done (I guess you call it rhinoplasty or something) but it's not certain. I need my dad's permission and his money.

Sunny

wtf how can someone HATE ANTIBIOTICS? whatta dumbo.

and thanks, i'm a little less scared now :]

Gulsah, heh, thanks :] all i feel now is just some discomfort. like i got an eyelash in my eye. bep.

i might've asked this before, but which part? tip, bridge? is it gonna be bone or cartilege correction?

killer_queen

Tip and cartilage correction. You know how Scarlett Johannson's nose's tip looks flat, right? Mine is worse.

Sin Studly

Stiches removal doesn't hurt at all, and I've had em taken out pretty close to the eye. But on the actual lid, that might be a little painful. But I can't imagine it being worse than the discomfort of actually having stiches in your eyelid to begin with.

as in, this piece of total pure sexiness on legs?

because if your nose looks anything like hers - hell, if any feature of yours looks anything like any feature of hers - I think I want to marry you.

man, I'm shallow.
EDIT: in fact, I'm so shallow I added a picture I found to look even better. & what I said about marriage? ain't true. I don't think she's that fantastic, but she is mighty beautiful & yeah, she looks great. & her nose is part of the charme.

Sunny

justin - glad to hear that. :]

Isa, you are just saying this because people think you look like Scarlett. You can't fool me, blonde!

And no, you can't see a picture of me before these stupid, new acnes leave my face. :(

JoY
06-10-2006, 08:28 AM
oh right. I forgot about that comment. but in all seriousness, I don't look anything like her. maybe some features of my face if I'd be a lot thinner, but the main reason I don't look like her, is because my nose is stupid compared to hers. yes. because I have a short, crooked, semi-Dutch/semi-Jew nose, that looks unfinished. uhm, I'm proud of it nontheless, because I'd never even dare to step into the practice of a plastic surgeon.

I had something very wrong with my eye last year, and the lid was really swollen, and my eyelid is the tiniest bit droopy now. You can only notice it when I'm tired, but I know, and I can feel it, and I want something done!

I have a massive phobia about anything being near my eye though. Could you see what they were doing? It makes me feel horrible thinking about it!
