Why the Hell have I never heard of these before? You'd think that it would have come up at least once! (http://www.southwest.com.au/~kirbyhs/pinkdolphins.html)

The thing that site didn't say about the white baiji river dolphin is that the species is almost totally blind, because due to heavy pollution there is next to no visibility in the Yangtze, and as a result, the dolphins' eyes all atrophy.

I think there are only a couple hundred left in the wild at best. And I believe there's a South American river dolphin species too.

It's like a dolphin made out of cotton candy!

But does it taste as good?

I'll bet if you dried it off it'd be okay.

Wait a second...if the dolphins were made of cotton candy, they wouldn't last very long in the water, now would they?

Dolphins taste good no matter what color they are.

Okay, so we've established the fact that they AREN'T made of cotton candy.

I'll bet if you dried it off it'd be okay.

Dolphin jerky, maybe?

[insert played-out joke about needing more salt here]

Dolphin jerky, maybe?

Hmm...I don't know if that would work. If they're meat is fish meat, I don't know if it would because fish would make horrible jerky. I need to go get some tuna and figure out what dolphin tastes like.

Doplhins are mammals, remember?

I know, but what I mean is, you'd think that they'd taste like fish since they probably have basically the same kind of meat.

I don't think so. I would expect it to be more like cow meat than fish meat.
