What's wrong with Pretty Fly? It's Offspring's best song.

no but it seems like a noob song, you know, because it was their greatest hit and everything. its a great song.

Being apologetic about it is twice as silly.

He's 16. Give him a chance to get settled first. He doesn't seem as bad as he could be. He spells pretty well, for example.

It's so funny to see what the new members have to go through here. It's worse than public flagellation. Hahaha.

And they would be fine if they just didn't announce their entrance. But it seems like they do every time...

'I'm new' threads? I think it's more common on other forums to do that. So I guess who'd expect it here. Therefore lurkers are much better when they join.

Welcome!
I think I understood why some time ago people here hated "Hey I'm new" threads...

Welcome n00b. Don't take anything too seriously or get involved in petty name-calling arguments and you'll be fine. Keep in mind that a lot of people say things they don't necessarily mean, and probably won't say "j/k" to make that blaringly obvious. If you can't handle that, then stick to the general offspring discussion (GOD) forum. That's a whole other world over there...

it's kinda sad that he's got 1337-speak in his name and as such will be eternally branded as a dork.

I never made an "I'm New" thread. I was more going for the unnoticed, gradual climb into recognition.

Welcome n00b, little tip: You may not change your screen name, if I were you, I'd register again, this will not bring good consequences. Welcome again, enjoy the ride!

don't listen to the argie. right now you're the guy with a dumb name who isn't so bad (and can spell). change your name now and the second part of that won't stick.

Welcome, n00b.

I think addressing him by his name is entertaining, but that could just be me. Anyway, n00b, just act like a functioning member of society and you'll be alright.

Shit man, my name is Mota Boy. Fuckin' Mota Boy. And I'd say I've done fairly well for myself. The worst names are the indistinct ones, especially when made by uninteresting individuals.

If dude's n00b, dude's n00b. Hey n00b.
