Because I wanted to. Really though, we make great music, you'll like it, so download it...I mean, if you want.

A great song here about a man (Joe) who was an IRA Hunger Striker who died in the 1981 Irish Hunger Strike

The Wolfe Tones - Joe McDonnell

One of the most known Irish Rebel songs here, it was written on the Celtic Football team, on one of their anniversary's I believe.

Wolfe Tones - Celtic Symphony (If you download only one, make it this)

This one is self explanatory.

Irish Rebel Song (done by a Scots band here I'm told) - Go On Home British Soldiers.

A very nice instrumental from The Pogues.

The Pogues - A Pistol for Paddy Garcia (This ones aimed at you Maria)

Coming off the Irish trad stuff, heres a cool singer/songwriter, hes been compared to Dylan...unjust really like, but this is still a nice song.

Willy Mason - Oxygen

K. I had to put in one rock song, and this is from a fantastic Irish guitarist who played with Thin Lizzy, and also did alot of solo stuff, this is easily his most known song. If you like guitar/guitar solos download this, if you don't, avoid it like plague. More importantly, if you play rock guitar and are reading this, its a compulsory download, Gary is heavily under-rated, but hes fucking awesome.

Gary Moore - Parisian Walkways

Enjoy. There are some fantastic songs in there.

I don't know them myself...a Wikipedia search says they are Anglo-Irish, but if you feel the need upload away, I'd listen to them.

I'll hopefully be seeing them in Dublin this December, that I look forward too.

But without the original lead singer. :`(````, It'd be like seeing The wailers, which would still be worth seeing.

The original singer Shane is back in the band, he has been for awhile now.
I probably wouldn't have seen them without Shane to be honest. Also a December gig date will definatly mean Fairytale of New York, I might cream in my pants right there on the spot.

I'm so jealous of you right now. Do you want to trade lives for like half that day?

You may end up sitting in my house wishing you were going to see the Pogues anyway. It's not final that I'll go to see them for another few days :( :( . But I hope.

I think they've played Dublin in December every year for a few years now, so I'll see them next time if I don't see them now anyway.

Glad you enjoyed that one Maria. My one problem with that track is its length, it's so fucking good but so short, they should have lengthened it to the point that they would still be recording it.
