Firefox 2.0 (http://www.mozilla.com/products/download.html?product=firefox-2.0&os=win&lang=en-US) was just released. Thoughts, opinions, praises, criticisms?

I just installed it yesterday so I don't really know what exactly has been changed. They gayed up the GUI a bit though, which kind of made me sad. It's all bubbly and Mac-like now, aka homogayparty. I enjoyed the old look. I'm sure there's either a built-in way to set it back or a plugin. One thing I have noticed is that text dialogs now, by default, underline misspelled words. Apparently gayed, homogayparty, and plugin are not real words.

EDIT:
Official statement here (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/press/mozilla-2006-10-24.html).

homogayparty... not real words.

O_o My reality has been shattered.

and I'll download it once I see enough good reactions, haha. So far, from your review, it's not looking likely. I like my current version. :)

I believe it was a plugin in the old one, or not on by default. Either way, it's on by default in this version.

I actually downloaded the Beta version a while back, so I can't recall what the differences are.

Do you know if there's a new suite too? I could use an update.

I'm too busy diggin' homogayparty to download it.

I’m still “using” the 1.5 version… I just don’t see what the hell is wrong with IE…Why so many people are trying to convince me, there something is?

I think I'm gonna switch back to 1.5. I hate the new tab overflow system. I like the way 1.5 just accommodated new tabs by just making them smaller when there's too many of them.

I didn't know you could do that in about:config when I posted that. I read that earlier today though. Hurrah for digg!

I'm such a better speller than Firefox. It keeps telling me that "should've", "RNC", "bangable" and "fucknothing" aren't words. How do I turn their spellcheck feature off? Fuck you, Fox, "spellcheck"so counts as a goddamn word as well.

that's why you right click > add to dictionary, mr. mota.

Does it wank out on other languages as well? I don't expect there to be a Finnish spellcheck but like, Spanish maybe? German?

there's probably a finnish spellcheck. as for its quality, i can not say.
