I know there's already an emulation thread, but I didn't feel like going to find it. Anyway, I've been looking for Pokemon Ruby or Sapphire ROMS for my GBA emulator, but haven't been able to find one that A.) Will actually download or B.) Isn't a torrent, which won't work on my crappy computer. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this.

www.emuparadise.org (http://www.emuparadise.org) has a full GBA collection... but none of the sapphire/ruby roms work. Fire Red/Leaf Green did though, and everything previous to S/R.

Coolrom.com was pretty cool.

Although I was looking for PSX ROMs and gave up because the god damn PSX emulator was almost as complicated as the Saturn one.

PSX Roms are huge. I only recommend using it for discs you actually have. Which may seem pointless, but really isn't. My PS2 barely works, so I use the Emu for my PS1 games. Save state is very nice if you're going for a perfect game, too.

I can help if you're still looking to do that. I did the exact same thing recently, it was so annoying to configure the emulator I ended up downloading a program to configure it for me, named Delta.
Emulator here: http://www.epsxe.com/
Delta: http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/psx/epsxe.html scroll down a bit.

Is LeafGreen/FireRed just a remake of the original? Beause I'm playing the original right now and I don't want 2 versions of the same game, even if the colors are nicer.

But, thanks for the site, because I'll probably use it for other games.

I had the roms in my computer for a few years now. They work fine.

Does anyone know of a way to connect on line and fight/trade?

I don't know if there's a way to trade/battle online with roms using your own pokemon, but there's a program that lets you pick any 6 lvl 100 pokemon along with their stats and attacks. Then you battle other people online. I have the game, but I never ended up playing online because choosing your pokemon took longer that what I expected.
