1) No brakes = No control?

2) "If I even ever wake up in the morning" = Die?

3) Down below = hell?

4) "Always waiting for a waiting for a warning"
This "a" confused me. Is the second waiting for a noum? (Didn't get this sentence well)

5) Burned at the stake = He is extremely angry?

6)"When you snap (,) they say
Before you never show it"

What's the meaning of snap?

7) Fuses?

8) "Till the wind comes up
and takes it to the last pow"

No idea of how to put into portuguese =|

9) "I know that something's got to give now"

What's the meaning of give here?

Yep.

This doesn't mean anything; it's just a singing style.

5) Burned at the stake = He is extremely angry?

No. To be "burned at the stake" means to be persecuted, usually unfairly. This could be related to typical punk songs about rebellion and fighting that kind of unfair persecution back.

6)"When you snap (,) they say
Before you never show it"

What's the meaning of snap?

To "snap" is to "lose control", often involving yelling or being violent either verbally or physically to someone.

4) "Always waiting for a waiting for a warning"
He says "waiting" twice to emphasize the line and sound better.

What's the meaning of snap?
Lose control over yourself, or go crazy.

9) "I know that something's got to give now"

What's the meaning of give here?
"Sacrifices have got to be made"

I got that definition from the dictionary. So

Fuses glow = Fuses explode?

There really isn't a way to describe those parts in the song because they are symbolic, they obviously mean something to the writer, but we can't interpret it accurately.

Apathy, I don't want deep meanings. I want those sentences in different words so I can translate into Portuguese, that's all.
