Usually I find MadTV full of fail (oh so full of fail) but I kind of really enjoyed this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PuEDwcfJPSk

That was pretty funny & clever. The first few seasons of Mad TV were really the best, though.

lol that was hilarious! MadTV was hilarious in the first few seasons, for sure. Usually it blows horribly recently and in the past like 6 years. That was really good, though.

Good thing they chose the funniest MadTV guy to do the skit.

"I'm going to put 21 thousand more things into the iRack!"

Great video.

I can't believe I'm saying this about a MadTV clip, but that was honestly just...so fucking awesome. Complete win.

It'd be real easy to nitpick, but generally that was just lol-worthy and I loved it.

I think it's an eternal proof of my own stupidity that at first I thought they were mocking Apple and I was like "..I don't get it. OH WAIT."

I had to actually hear the guy say iRack to get it, i kept on saying it differently in my head so I didn't get it.

And yay for posting again.

Yeah, most Americans say "Irack" when talking about Iraq... most of the rest of the world pronounces it different, so it doesn't really make sense. You're not stupid, Sanni. :)

Vera

It wasn't that - it was just that I didn't read the title of the video fully and assumed it parodied Apple, rather than the war on terror. Plus it starts out parodying Apple's various iProducts so that's where my confusion stemmed from. I do know how they pronounce the word. :P

Haha, I know that you know how people pronounce it. :P I just thought it wouldn't be as obvious because it wouldn't be the first thing you think of. If I hear "Irack", I immediately and only think of Iraq. I assumed it's not the same for other people.

Even though it said "Mad TV iRack Apple Iraq war parody" on the top?

Wowww.

In a way it was funny, some bits were good but maybe a bit predictable in places.

On the whole pronounciation of Iraq, many Brits make fun of the way american's say it, well from my experience.

Wowww.

If you hadn't made the smae mistake she made you would have realized that she said she didn't read the entire title at first.

Like any other sane person I typically don't like MadTV but that was pretty damn good.

IMO Will Sasso contributed greatly to the show's sucktitude.

At times I would watch MadTV and it felt like a more scripted, more fictional version of Jackass. "Oh LOLOLOLOLOL we look retarded and are hurting each other, LOLOLOLOLOLO!!" Actually, they just seemed to laugh at retarded people a lot. I don't really tend to find it humorous that an adult person pees in a diaper.

Will Sasso's style in comedy seemed to include him yelling in other people's ears. Hmmkay. One bit I did once enjoy was him and that lady doing some red carpet interviewing at some Hollywood bash or a premiere or something, their questions were occasionally clever and insulting.

The good MadTV stuff is so rare, though.

I used to love Mad TV. It was almost like a Saturday tradition to watch it with the family when we only had one TV. I stopped caring for it a few years ago though. Now, I'm trying to figure out whether the show actually had some golden years and that the show has only recenlty gone down hill or if the show always sucked and that my taste in comedy has simply changed.

I still think Michael McDonald is capable of bringing out the funnies every once in a while though.

I hate MadTV with almost every inch of my being, but that was a funny skit.

They occasionally have a funny skit that has some lines you can't forget. Will Sasso had one where he was Kenny Rodgers in Jackass and he has to drink and eat a ton of dairy and he yells "I WAS RAISED ON THE DAIRY BITCH!:
So to the person who said MadTV is like a scripted Jackass:
