In addition to being an appreciation thread for them, does anyone have Dolores's solo album from this year? If anyone does and uploaded it, I would love you forever...

I don't think I've heard anything else by them than Zombie, but that song, at least, is awesome. Plus my mother already knows the rhythm guitar part as that song's one of our campfire classics, so I might be bothered to actually learn the lead guitar someday.

I love Cranberries!

And I have her album a couple of months. I don't know, the torrent would be enough for you? It's 78 MB.

If not, I'll upload it.

I might download it later. I love the Cranberries. Does anyone know if they plan on recording another album some day? I know it'd take a second to verify that, but my father who likes them more than I do, asks me that from time to time and I never bothered to check that out.

They're on a hiatus and working on solo stuff. They say they'll do another album, but it's definitely on hold.

Thank you! I'll tell him.

The best songs IMHO:
- Black Widow
- Angel Fire (live version is 10 times better, I dedicated the thread to this song)
- In the Garden

I listened to the first song, and then remembered I had an episode of Buffy paused... so I'll listen to it after the show is over. :D Thanks again!

Holy crap, In the Garden is amazing.

I only ever heard Linger, Ode to my family and Zombie and I liked them all. Fucking loved Zombie for a while, I remember desperately trying to find out who sung it.

Linger is possibly the only song on their greatest hits that I don't like (which is the only album of theirs that I have).

For anyone else who has the greatest hits or their actual LPs, does anyone love daffodil lament the way I do? omg drool.

05-22-2007, 10:54 AM
I have the whole discography, B-sides, every song...but not legally. :p

'Daffodil lament' is the masterpiece. So fragile and sensitive. <3

Anybody knows 'Capetown'? it's a B-side. So hot and cute, if I could I would hug that song. I'd hug many songs of theirs :)

One of my absolutely top favourites is 'How'. It's recorded for my ears.

Hey, llamas, I'll make an experiment with U!

I have heard 'Angel Fire (live)' first and I think it's 10 times better than the album version. It has some arrangements that album version lacks, in addition it's more natural and her voice sounds sincerely.

Download it, listen and then tell me your opinion. :)

K I'll do it! :)
