As some of you may know, Social Distortion will release a Greatest hits album in late june.
Have you heard the new song ''far behind''?
I think it rocks. If someone has an mp3 of it, please notify me.
Here's a live video of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMt1BNeRH-8

The track listing for the greatest hits is pretty weak, but i may still pick it up because Far Behind is a great song.

Question: I've heard Far Behind is going to be on their upcoming studio album, is this true?

Well this is just some awesome, awesome news!!! I just got done watching the performance there and it was just great. I don't know if I'll purchase their greatest hits, I'll certainly try and get my mitts on a download of a studio version of that Far Behind song!

I only have two of their albums... self titled and white trash.

My only problem with their greatest hits is that it doesn't include Don't Drag Me Down. I mean c'mon, that song is scientifically proven to be their best.

It's not a bad track listing, but i'm kinda bummed that Story of my life for example was left out. Cool that they added ring of fire, but tthat's about the only song going on with reach for the sky that i would buy this album for...

The tracklist is quite okay... it's just too fucking short for a band that has been around for so long
