They are super punk rock band playing baritone alternative rock. It's super cool. Josh Freese on drums, one Foo Fighters member and two Face to Face members. I'm slowly downloading their first album. I can't find the second one called 'One percent panic', goddamnit.

I like baritone guitars. I first heard them in Pinback, but the Blood Brothers have used them on at least one song too. I'm listening to them now, they seem pretty decent.

edit: This is way more interesting than it has any right to be.

With that band line-up, I was expecting something really big. But I got dissapointed after the first song

I'm in the exact opposite situation. Two members from a mediocre pop-punk band, one member from two mediocre pop-punk bands and a decent pop-rock band past its prime, a random producer guy and, erm, Josh Freese, didn't really leave me with very high expectations. They blew those away though. I'm impressed.

German Andres, you don't know what's good. You little punk.

I fucking love it but I still don't have those albums. It's on eMule but only a very few people have it. I checked also torrentz and Soulseek. *impatient*

Josh, buy it and send it to me, quickly!

I actually ordered both their albums already, but they're not going to be here for probably a week or so at least. More people need to check these guys out. Endy? Jebus? Noisy, driving post-punk/hardcore. Their first (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_htjIo5kJEY) album (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rQ-q8QY-PhQ) seems a little more dissonant and every website out there throws in comparisons to Nick Cave the Bad Seeds (who I'm not that familiar with). It kind of reminds me a little of Jesus Lizard or early Butthole Surfers to some extent. Their second (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6eGKkedHjLw) album (http://www.myspace.com/vivadeathmusic) has more drive to it and seems to bring in some Drives Like Jehu influence as well.

German Andres, that's why I used '' smiley, but that doesn't mean you are not a little punk. Whoops, I did it again.

Yeah, everything what Josh said. *noOb look* When I like something, there's always some "sell-out" potential or pop going on. Nothing ultra hardcorz for Endy...

Care to share a link to the first album torrent (or is it a song by song method?).

Sweeeeet. Love ya. Rip it to at least 192 cbr or 256 vbr.

It's on eMule, I've downloaded 82.4%. It's in 256 kbps quality, which is great. I'll upload it when I have downloaded it.

I expected it to be different. I love the songs on their myspace, the rest of the record, especially the middle, is diverse. I need to listen to it more!

I agree that the album has more range to it than I was expecting, but the only song on there I don't really like is Defector. It just never really goes anywhere.

HeadAroundU

I really love this record. <3

'Defector' is relaxing and hypnotic. I just enjoyed it, especially after a couple of shots of 10% wine. That kind of song is typically at the end of the record.

I totally didn't expect David Bowie's influence, not much, but it's definitely there, on 'You can't love' (Also Billy Idol) and 'Behind you, soldier'.

'White car' is so beautiful. So fine. <3 omg

'The Fear' is one of the coolest songs I have ever heard.

Their other album just got here today. Were you able to finish getting it from eMule or do you want me to upload it as well?

I've downloaded 96.6%. It should be finished tomorrow. I don't know. You can upload it for everybody, if you are bored...

I like it a lot, I'm downloading both albums now. Rock! I agree with Nieh; it's really interesting, but I wouldn't expect it to be based off of the description. The music is in weird scales and the singer sounds cool. Me likey.

Bomb the Music Industry! use baritone guitars on a few songs, but only on the newest cd. They sound fucking bitching and now I wants one.

Yeah, I actually noticed that a few days ago and forgot to bump this. I'm not sure how I feel about it yet. It's a completely different line-up and they no longer stick to the baritone only guitars rule.
