Are you talking about specific lies or just how many times he's changed the story behind why we're there?

A lie is a lie.

How many times did the administration address the nation/world on the issue?

I think those two questions may have the same answer.

This (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080123/ap_on_go_pr_wh/misinformation_study) figure seems shockingly low.

I don't really give a fuck about this study. They didn't tell 935 different lies about Iraq, most of it was just saying the same shit over and over again. Don't get me wrong, I too believe the Bush administration misled the world about Iraq and had some awareness of what they were doing. But the people who went through with this study did so only because they knew in advance that they could come up with some damningly high number. Who fucking cares about the high number. Politicians never say something only once, they travel the world and make speeches every day and talk to the press all the time. The number doesn't mean shit. The lies do.
