my christmas tree last year was up til march cause it was so damn pretty.

needless to say, it was rather awkward taking the bare-branched motherfucker out to the street a week before easter.

so anyway, i second what sarah and sam said ;D

I was going to agree with Sarah, but then I realized that I changed mine a while back.

My forgetfulness knows no season.

Taking out the Christmas tree is often a long process. Changing your avatar takes like, 5 seconds!

Christmas had zero lead up to it for me this year. It was just like "Okay, it's Christmas and I have to spend time with my family and whatnot." I was bored to tears and half of it was totally not worth it a month later (sup flavor of the month?). Seriously, fuck my life.

And I didn't buy anyone Christmas presents because I can't even afford to eat on a regular basis. I'm the best human being ever.

False! It requires searching for a photo worthy of being my avatar (which takes a long time because I'm lame), and then resizing (which takes a long time because I'm not lame).

The websites auto-resize works well for me.

I hate the christmas avatars. It puts me in a depressing mood.

It's funny that you stole my avatar, because I was just about to change it just to show how easy it is. But now we can be avatarbuddiez, so I'll keep it <3

Aw! Tell you what, foxamatron; you change yours and I'll change mine. And we'll both be awesome.

Warning: I may or may not keep my next avatar. But it'll definitely be geeky as all fuck.

Fuck yes.

Do you think I should try taking another picture? This one is so dark. Meh, I dunno.

My fake christmas tree for my bedroom must be what... 3 foot tall? If that?

My little brother was nagging me to take it down, but I didn't want to/couldn't be bothered. As such it's now lying down in the corner of the room hidden by my spare bed. Win! I didn't even have to take it down!

I considered keeping mine for a while - I totally loved it.

And then things got Serious.

Sometimes, taking down a Christmas tree can be a serious health risk. The danger of indoor tree toppling is very real. Just last year a Christmas tree fell on my little brother.

He was fine afterwards.

And the moral of this story is: Don't chase the dog around the tree hopping to get your shoe back because you'll only hurt yourself.
