....if a punk/ska/pop-punk band opened for a bunch of metal and emo bands?

'Cause that's what my band's doing tonight.

Also: Check out our singer/guitarist playing one of our songs slowed down on acoustic.

Nothing.. Or it depends about how good/bad are you :D

And if there´s Emo and Metal bands palying in same show i don´t think you "pop-up" from other performers.

Let me know how it went then, right?

Basically I won't reply to this question, because it might turn up as one of my 'How-I-Hate-EMO-assholes' monologue. EMO, punk and metal just don't go together.

And BTW, your singer is cool :D

They loved us!! About 190 people showed up to the show, but only about 70 or 80 were there in time to see us, and most of them loved us!! I was told by 2 separate people that our singer/guitarist sounds like Billie Joe Armstrong used to sound. People went CRAZY over our Operation Ivy cover. We ended up making 60 bucks, which is awesome because we only played for 15-20 minutes.

Pics and video coming soon.

One thing to take note of:

You're hardly ever going to be playing with bands that sound similar to you when you're just starting out. But that's not a bad thing, since it allows you to play for new types of people in different settings, and it ties you in with other people/genres.

60 bucks?! Fuck you! The most I've made was 50.
