maybe they thoght it was a typing error like it had accidentally been entered twice!

Yeah, it's a repeated-word "mistake" for sure. I've had that happen to me too.

Yup. Two words in a row equals "bad spelling" in the world of Microsoft.

Example: "I heard that that song was cool."

The second "that" in the sentence will be underlined red...even though it's OK grammar in that case.

In fact it would be OK, because MS has some grammar notions. But I'm just nitpicking I guess.
