ZagmenO. I'm from Whatfuckistan where we all capitalize the last letters of our names.

Seriously though, roosters are hilarious! You should see this awesome youtube video where a cow eats a baby chicken. Good stuff!!!

Star Trek and Reading Rainbow were pretty much all I watched at a very young age.

So of course I loved this:
Reading Rainbow episode about Star Trek (http://youtube.com/watch?v=PjN5bFD1yRI)

so reading rainbow fans -- did you know the show was still being made up until last year?
Yes but only because it was on the tv section.

You know what's far more interesting than your childhood memories? Moi. Lesson learnt.

Can I assume you're all American then? I am from UK, all over it pretty much, like the plague but deadlierer. Observe my spellin and despair.

This is not the kind of thing we admit to in literate societies.

You know, I was thinking about it, and it's a pretty sweet skill (literacy) to have in our white-collar, desk-jobs-all-around society. Simply growing with the ethic of reading kiddies stories has a tremendous effect on your interests, and consequantly, your future abilities. Kind of like playing chess develops your problem-solving, analytical-thinking skills.
I'm looking around me at university and... wow, people can't write for shit. Not only because they're too stupid to follow simple rules for technical writing, but they never read a creative writing story in their life. It's a huge handicap in this world.
