Not really, I already have that C.D. and that belt buckle is sold in their online store. The guitar picks are sort of cool.

Not at all. I wouldn't pay a nickel for that. Well, maybe a nickel, or 2.
The second thing is false. leo3375 made a thread about it.

I know it's fake.
I was amazed, until I saw the flaw!

Fake! The seller claims he got it signed in 2004 but again, "Ron Welty" appears on it.

I have real autographs to compare the signatures against, so I have a pretty good eye.

I wouldn't buy that. Who pays for that?

You'd be an idiot to buy it.

EDIT: Mr. Noodles, to show you my autographs, I would have to remove the autographed item (a t-shirt) from its frame, scan it a few times, edit the scans together in PhotoShop, and upload them to a site. Or I can just borrow my dad's digital camera, take a photo, clean it up in PhotoShop, then upload it. Right now, though, I don't have the time. Maybe tomorrow.

Here's what I can tell you right now about the forged autographs:
The spacing in Dexter's handwriting is tighter than it is on those items
Noodles puts the peace sign above his name, not below
How could Ron sign something when he hasn't been with the Offspring for almost 2 years?

I wouldn't buy it in case it's fake and also I think it's better to meet them, ( and then maybe they can sign some stuff) than only have their signature, which for me doesn't mean a lot...it's like Omg! they touched that paper ( without even knowing if it's true).

Don't know if I made sense.

I totally agree.

Hey leo, are the signatures on the drum stick fake? It may be hard to tell.

If you read the description, the seller said he got it signed in 2004. One of the signatures reads "Ron Welty." How could Ron Welty sign a drumstick at an Offspring show in 2004 when he left the band in 2003? Also, the signature that is supposed to be that of Noodles looks nothing like his real autograph.

An addendum: These are real Offspring autographs, thanks to Dave Becker at Dave's Offspring Site. He got this signed in December, 2003. Compare to the items being offered at eBay:

How is that cool? It's the standard CD costs 10 or less (depending on a sale) and the frame probably cost about 2 or less. And they want 40 for that.

I thought it looked cool in the frame.
