So fucking excited!! The job starts at $11.00/hr. which is okay I guess. Not great, but better than most starting waged jobs. Less than what I was making at my previous job. I was hired on the spot. I loved how the Manufacturing Manager thought that I had an outstanding resume with tons of experience. Day shift - 7:00am-3:30pm which is perfect for daycare. Just wanted to share my excitement.

Oh, and I got my "Notice of Mediation" in the mail yesterday and that's set for Oct.21st in Toronto. For those of you that remember, it's for the HRTO (Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario) case I have against my previous employer.

This is the company that I'll be working for. :)

Well I've been looking everyday for about 3 months about 5-6 hours a day. Just keep trying and don't give up.

They just called me and said I start on Monday. The payrate is $11.50 not $11.00. I think that's because of my experience. W00t! :)

Umm... is it (hard to find work)? Have you been a victim of discrimination everywhere you go? I'm not saying it's impossible, I'm just asking.

Oh I forgot, your country is like in a recession. Like your entire financial system is crumbling or something.
