I don't have a upload or anything because I can't find it online (probably because they picked a fucking stupid generic band name that could be anything) but I love the song Hurt You.

I can really see JN liking this for some reason.

and I'm willing to bet that most people have heard at least part of it from a rather new commercial.

Yeah! "Living In America" is fucking awesome, should I check out the whole album?

I don't know, because I can't seem to find any downloads and I'm not sure if it's worth spending the money to buy it yet.

But I would go for yes, just because then you can tell me.

I also demand that JN listens to Hurt You and tells me if he likey.

free.napster.com (http://free.napster.com/view/artist/index.html?id=11563498) is your friend. I'm not entirely sure if it works outside the US, though.

I might give an opinion after I listen, just wanted to throw that in there.

Upon further reflection, Tony the Beat is horrible, but the rest (on the myspace) are quite good. Painted by Numbers is excellent, but I think they missed a few opportunities melody-wise. I'd never seen the commercial with Hurt You in it, but I like the song, and both Living in American and Ego were "eh," but listenable. I love pop music, but I feel like this band would be better if it were a little more rock.

They were pretty big here in Sweden in the early 2000s and I guess I like a few of their songs but it's nothing special imo.

I hate when bands are so uncreative with their name... The Music, The Sounds... ugh.

Anyway, I'll check them out and get back to you.

Heh, I actually don't mind it. I hate when they're too creative. Two years ago, I would have given Death Cab for Cutie as an example, but now I kind of like it.

haha. Death Cab is okay... bordering on too "creative". Better than complete lack of creativity, though. I believe I made a thread once about annoying band names. :)
