whos the person that sings you've gotta keep them separated in the video and album verison

was on the nofx website and a fan asked the band was it el hefe he responded in a rude mannor by saying "Absol​utely​ not, how dare you. fuck off ass munch​" but look in the video sorta very slightly looks like el hefe any1 know ???

he's this old school offspring fan, who used to always scream at the band to play their song blackball... I guess they liked his voice
He is also in another song on their ixnay on the hombre album called mota.. there he does the "MOTA!" part... that's about it.

Really? I heard it was actually Jason "Blackball" McClean, who by the way would frequently go to their concerts. He also says the "you gotta keep 'em separated" part.
