Fuck Blink 182, the Bizkit is back!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Limp_bizkit#The_Future_.282009-present.29

I just find it amazing that they're still around, even though almost everyone hates them.

Now this is a surprise. I didn't even know they were on a hiatus/broken up.

That just shows how much I care about them... this much -><-

2009 is going to be the year of 90s nostalgia!

It's a pity about Limp Bizket getting back together, they were terrible.

nostalgia, simply nostalgia.

(but you're a little late. they've been confirmed to play Rock Am Ring 2009 for about .. maybe two weeks?)

Yeah, I never like Limp Biskit.

Fred Durst just seemed like the biggest douchebag you will ever meet in the world.

i was 8 years old when I saw him and I knew that about him even before I knew what a douchebag was.

If the album features more Fred Durst guitar solos, sign me up.

If not, gtfo.

Hey, these dudes seem to be awesome, better than Limp Bizkit. Do you think they deserve their own thread?

what??
I thought that despite the economic downturn, maybe somewhere there would be a flicker of hope for humanity. Sadly NO. Limp "Biscuit" and Blink 182 return.

oh and "douchebag" is the lamest fucking word to describe the two miserable music wretches so called return. Star Wars: Revenge of the talentless fucking feckless arseholes whose overall return means piss all to anyone bar...themselves and there wallets....would be better

Sorry but i hate 'limpin tha bizzzcut' and well blinkin the....182 but for cuntishness im really happy that they're back.

I don't think Blink or Limp had any talent, honestly. Tom is synonymous with Fred, in my opinion. I liked both bands when I was young, but will not be checking out any new stuff from either.

The only real differences are 1) I enjoyed Mark/Travis's side project, but have not liked anything an LB member did on the side, and 2) I can still listen to old (the first three) Blink albums, enjoy them, and not claw my ears off. The only Limp songs I can even remotely tolerate still are Faith and N 2 Gether Now... and hey, what do you know? The former is a cover, the latter is mostly Method Man (is that who it was? Some rapper who's more tolerable than Durst).

N 2 Gether Now is indeed Method Man, and is also the track that got me into him. As absolutely horrible as Limp Bizkit are I don't think I'd be able to pass up the chance to check them out if they toured through here, providing of course tickets were a reasonable price. Then again there's a very slim chance of that happening what with the girl they supposedly killed and all.

I quite enjoy "Take A Look Around". Nothing enriches the mind like hearing Fred Durst comment on the nature of good and evil.

"With the good comes the bad, the bad comes the good, but I'ma live my life like I should"

Christ, I almost want to post the lyrics to that whole song. It's just funny as hell hearing Fred Durst's "deep" philosophies.

Sex has become all I know about you
Memories of those filthy things that we do
There's not one single thought that is left
After sex with you.
Shoulda left my pants on this time
But instead you had to let me dive right in

What I love is that he really tries to sound deep and sometimes managed to have decently well constructed songs... but then his voice coupled with his lyrics just ruined it. I remember loving the tune of "No Sex", but the lyrics were just so bad I wanted to cry. Dear god.

It seems to make new music, it seems that between 2008 and 2009, will return many bands buried, jajaja. :D
What is certain is that everyone says they are going to make music better than what I left, but the reality is that end up doing music or made it worst ..
