At the beginning of the song dexter says "okay!"

Any cool story behind this or did they just like the way it sounded ?

Maybe he was recording and the producer found it sweet

They had maxed out the amount of "woahs" they could use that album, so they had to substitute it for okay.

i always thought they added that on to confirm that Intermission (the song before All I Want on Ixnay) was over on the album and that they were gonna get back to their regular fast paced punk rock music.

I think the "okay" is only to mark tempo before to start singing...

The 'Okay' at the start of All I Want was a dedication to Dexter Holland's late Great Uncle named 'Okah Holland'.

Yes of course, those are really little unimportant things that people are analysing in this thread, so I would like to ask another question in this nature:
Do you think the "uno-dos-tres-quatro" in Out On Patrol is connected with the "uno-dos-tres-quatro-cinco-cinco-seize(grammar)" in Pretty Fly?

I think you're on to something there. IT'S ALL A CONSPRIACY!!!!!!

Like how in Lightning Rod, he says "For all the Rising and Falling, there nothing to show" and then the next album is called Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace! IT'S ALL CONNECTED!!!
