I didn't see a lot of bands :(

I saw local bands like : Incision, Makittha, So Glad For The Madness, Hellcrofters, Fifty Stars Anger, Tears From The Sky, Rising Nation, Covered With Shame, Union Device and some others I can't remember the name.

I also saw Marie Chantal Toupin, I HATE her. It was free and I had nothing better to do, boring show outside... I should have stayed at home...

Foo Fighters with My Morning Jacket and Pete Yorn

The Offspring with Melissa Auf Der Maur and The Start

I'm going to see Green Day with New Found Glory and Sugarcult on Noverber 4 and also Les Cowboys Fringants in March

I would have been to so much shows if I had a job... gotta find one..NOW.

Betty

Wow... I'm only gonna say the big ones that I can think of and that I really enjoyed:

-Social Distortion (Monday... so good!)
-Tiger Army (also Monday)
-Offspring
-The Weakerthans (VERY good)
-Sloan
-Radiohead
-Strung Out
-DOA
-Quiet Riot (yes, there was mullet hunting)

Good Warped Tour bands:
-AFI
-Vandals
-Bad Religion
-THE DAMNED
-Anti-Flag

And many other random local bands, festival bands, and punk rock bands, etc.

I am very excited to see Ted Leo and the Pharmacists in a month, and I would also kinda like to see the Pixies too.

Yeah , that's what I'll do but it's hard to find a job cause I can't really work on weekends and Friday, damn divorced parents. But I'll try, if I want to see more bands :D

Tijs

I work on wednesdays and thirsdays, it's hard work, but the pay check is worth it. Even though it's seems lower lately... Gotta gind another job.

Way, way too many to remember. Highlights, in no particular order (except Nick Cave):

Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, summer 2003 *best show I've ever seen and likely will ever see
Cracker and Camper Van Beethoven, fall 2004
DeVotchKa, fall 2004
Dresden Dolls, winter 2003-4
Bruce Springsteen, fall 2003
Reverend Horton Heat, Fall 2003
Th' Legendary Shack Shakers, summer and fall 2003
The Unseen, summer 2004
John Vanderslice, summer and fall 2004
The Mountain Goats, fall 2004
Beck, spring 1998
And of course, The Offspring, fall 2002

and OMG I AM GOING TO SEE THE PIXIES IN ABOUT A MONTH!!!!!

Betty
10-27-2004, 05:40 PM
Yay Pixies! I really need somebody to go with.

nieh
10-27-2004, 05:41 PM
Offpsring twice
Weezer twice
The Start twice (they opened for Weezer once and Offspring once each, they're cool live)
Reel Big Fish
Starting Line (they opened for RBF. It was a fun show because the bands kept making fun of each other)
Blood Brothers
Less Than Jake
Bad Religion (LTJ opened for them...BR were boring)
Weird Al
Les Claypool's Frog Brigade
AFI
Third Eye Blind
Vanessa Carlton
Goo Goo Dolls
Tool

I think that's it...there's a few opening bands that I forgot because I didn't care. Like Fantomas...I saw them open for Tool and hated them...but I probably could tolerate them now.

nitropenguin!
