I just saw a poll that's asking fans who should tour with The Offspring next year. Apparently Strung Out has beaten all of the other bands. If you guys want bands like Bad Religion or NOFX or Pennywise to join the tour, easy: all you have to do is click here (http://www.facebook.com/questions/252980111420111/) to vote. Remember, this is speculation or some kind of rumor and I doubt the band has taken a look at this poll. However, I do think it would be an awesome idea if The Offspring shared a tour with any of the bands on the poll.

Alex...really appreciate your enthusiasm, but this is a poll a random page of punk rock fans created. It's not a rumor, because it has nothing to do with anything the band might actually do.

OK, that might not be a rumor, but at least it's speculation.

Breaking news! The Offspring to tour with The Beatles in 2012, news just came in from my grandma.

The tour should hit North America, South America and Europe, beginning on May.

How long will it take for you to report it to Dying Scene, Alex?

Apparently, a tour in Japan is being negotiated, as well.

John Lennon called my grandmother and told her he's looking forward to the tour very much. "After being away from the stages for so many years, it'll be good to perform again, these kids from the Off Springs are very good, you know."

Rumours are that if The Beatles agree, Elvis Presley might join them, too.

That's the sickest joke I've ever heard of.

The same question on who the Offspring should tour with is also posted on Special C's Facebook page.

http://www.facebook.com/SpecialCrb/posts/236034839789431

For those of you who don't know who Special C is, Jason "Bubba" McMackin is the brother of Byron from Pennywise. I actually posted a thread about this band last week.

Aren't the Offspring and Pennywise friendly with one another? If they were going to play a show together, would they need a Facebook poll to make that happen? Does the brother of someone in one of those bands finding it on Facebook and posting it to his wall make it more likely to happen?

If Offspring and Strung Out toured together, that would be the greatest thing ever. My two favorite bands together in the same place would be a dream come true.

Exactly.

Pennywise even opened for them during the Toronto stop of the RAFRAG tour.
